No. The four are sold and used separately and most customers start with one. Digital Reporting is the usual starting point, because capture comes first: without reports arriving there is nothing for the other three to work on. Data Visualisation is the usual second, once there is enough data for a trend to mean anything. They are built to connect, not to be bought together.

They work at opposite ends of the same process and are separate products. CLARA is intake: someone reports in their own words, by voice, text, email or web form, and it becomes one structured record. Logincident AI is analysis: it reads across records that already exist and surfaces the patterns between them. CLARA gets better information in. Logincident AI finds what that information is telling you. Neither depends on the other.

Configuration is the product rather than a professional services engagement bolted onto it. Report types, fields, categories, routing rules and dashboards are all set up to match how your organisation already describes its work, rather than requiring you to adopt someone else’s vocabulary. That is what lets the same four products serve construction, insurance and the public sector without a different build for each.
