Every non-conformance and defect, tracked to closure.

Logincident captures non-conformances, defects and process deviations for quality teams, with photographs, on mobile or by QR code. Reports are routed by severity, corrective actions are tracked to closure, and root-cause categories come from a list you define. Dashboards show whether a defect keeps recurring by location, line, shift or supplier.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a quality report?

Non-conformance, defects and process deviations are the common ones, recorded against the standards and part numbers your business already uses rather than a generic template.

Is this a full quality management system?

No, and we would rather say so. Logincident is not a QMS and does not claim to replace one. It captures quality events accurately, routes them to the right person and shows the pattern across them over time. If you need full document control and formal CAPA workflow, that is a different category of product.

Can we see whether the same defect keeps coming from one place?

Yes, and that is usually the point of recording them. Because every report carries its location, line, shift or supplier, the dashboards can group by any of those, so a defect that looks random in a spreadsheet often turns out to be concentrated.
