Website terms of use

The terms on which you may use this website. Last updated 7 September 2026.

What these terms cover. These terms are about this website: reading it, downloading from it and getting in touch through it. They are not the terms for the Logincident platform. If your organisation uses Logincident, your use of the software is governed by the contract between us, and nothing on this page changes it.

Who we are

This site is operated by Logincident Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 08225133, registered office 14 Bell Villas, Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne NE20 9BE. You can reach us at hello@logincident.com.

By using the site, you accept these terms

If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update this page from time to time, so it is worth checking back. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.

What you may do

You are welcome to read this site, print a page, and share a link to it. You may quote us with attribution.

What you may not do

  • Copy substantial parts of the site and publish them as your own
  • Use the site or anything on it for a commercial purpose without our permission
  • Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, or any system behind it, that is not made available to you
  • Introduce anything malicious, or attempt to disrupt the site or its availability to anyone else
  • Scrape or harvest the site by automated means at a rate that affects it for other people

Anything in that list may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we would report it.

Who owns what is here

We own or are licensed to use the content on this site, including the text, images, layout and the Logincident name and logo. Client names and logos belong to those organisations and appear with their permission.

What this site is, and is not

The site describes what our software does and is written to be accurate. It is general information, not advice, and it is not an offer or a commitment to supply anything on particular terms. Nothing here forms part of a contract unless we have said so in writing.

Some pages describe capability that is configured for each client, and some describe features clearly marked as in development. Where a specific capability matters to you, ask us and we will tell you plainly what it does today.

We cannot promise the site is always available or always current

We work to keep this site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. That is separate from any availability commitment in a platform contract, which is unaffected by this page.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation’s site, that is for information. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this website, or from any content on it. If you use this site, you accept that.

Your privacy

How this website handles personal data is set out in our website privacy notice, including what the forms and the chat collect and what cookies we use.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
