Solutions

Every claim and loss, captured and understood.

Logincident captures claims and loss events at the point of loss: what happened, when and where, who was involved, and photographs annotated at the scene. Reports are triaged by value and urgency and held as consistent loss data. Dashboards show loss patterns and cost drivers, including claims data from insurers or brokers uploaded alongside your own.

Frequently asked questions

What gets captured at first notification?

The detail that decides the claim later: what happened, when and where, who was involved, photographs annotated at the scene, and where relevant an injury marked on a body schematic or damage marked on a vehicle diagram. Capturing that at the point of loss is what stops a claim being reconstructed from memory weeks afterwards.

Can we bring in claims data we did not capture in Logincident?

Yes. Data Visualisation reads data captured elsewhere as well as data captured here, which matters when the claims picture is split between your own records and files from insurers, brokers or third-party administrators.

Can we see what is actually driving cost across a book of claims?

That is what the dashboards are for. Loss patterns and cost drivers become visible when claims from different sources sit in one structured set, and any figure drills back down to the records behind it, so a finding can be checked rather than argued with.
