Frequently asked questions
Can one system really cover safety, quality, claims and ESG at once?
Yes, and the reason is structural rather than a claim about breadth. Underneath, every one of those is the same shape: something happened, somebody needs to record it accurately, it needs to reach the right person, and later somebody needs to see the pattern across all of them. The differences are in the fields, the categories and who gets notified, and those are configuration. That is why the categories here are one platform rather than six products.
What if our reporting categories do not match yours?
Then yours win. The categories on this page are how most organisations group this work, not a fixed taxonomy you have to adopt. If your business reports on something that is not listed, it is a report type like any other.
Do we have to choose between reporting by category and reporting by outcome?
No, and the distinction matters less than it looks. The categories describe what is being reported. The outcomes describe what you are trying to do with it. Most organisations use several categories and more than one outcome at the same time, from the same data.
What happens after something is reported?
It is routed to whoever needs it, tracked until it is closed, and kept as a record that can be trended over time and stood behind in an audit. Capture is the beginning of the process, not the end of it.
