Reporting that keeps pace with the build.

Construction teams work across multiple sites, shifts and subcontractors. Logincident makes capturing every incident, near-miss and observation effortless, then shows you the patterns across your whole portfolio.

The challenge on site

Paper forms do not travel well

On a live site, the people closest to risk often have the clunkiest way to report it. Paper, inboxes and disconnected spreadsheets mean reports arrive late, and the lessons in them are lost.

  • Incidents and near-misses logged late, or not at all
  • Reports scattered across sites, inboxes and spreadsheets
  • Inspections and observations that take days to compile
  • No single view of risk across the project portfolio

Frequently asked questions

How do subcontractors report when they have no login?

With a QR code on the hoarding, the welfare unit or the plant, or a printed short link. It opens the right form with the site already filled in, needs no app and no account, and works for anyone on site that day. On a project with a dozen subcontractors that is usually the difference between getting reports and not.

Can we see one picture across every site?

Yes. Reports carry their site, so the same data supports a site-level view for a site manager and a portfolio view for the people above them, without anyone compiling a spreadsheet.

What about temporary sites that start and finish?

Sites are configuration, so adding one takes minutes and closing one does not lose its history. The reporting follows the project rather than the other way round.
